The periodical, Teresianum (ISSN 0392-4556), publishes articles by authors of various nationalities and is intended for an international readership. As the periodical representing the Teresianum Pontifical Theological Faculty, it gives priority to studies which relate to the two specializations of the Faculty, namely, spiritual theology and theological anthropology, with pride of place given to studies on Carmelite subjects. It also publishes articles on theology, Church history, and biblical studies, along with shorter notes and reviews of publications. It began in 1947, with two issues a year comprising some 300 pages each. The periodical is directed by Lukasz Strzyz-Steinert, OCD together with the editorial comittee and the scientific comittee.
